Powr Pave Wall Render products are all mineral based, which have been developed specifically for ease of application by the tradesman. Our wall renders require only to be mixed with water eg. Powr Pave wall renders, Topcoat render, Granite Render, Skim Finecoat render, Powr Bead Glue, will adhere to Brick, Block, Hebel, Blueboard and Polystyrene.

Powr Pave Pty. Ltd. Wall Renders are extremely user friendly. The product has the convenience of not sticking to tools and not going off too quick in the mixing pail. Our products are made without any addition of Lime, significantly decreasing the effect of “Birdseyes” or “Lime Burn” on the skin. Another benefit of no lime in the mix, is the significant reduction of efflourescence enabling the wall to be painted within 24- 48 hrs of the product being finished.

Powr Topcoat Render 20kg bags: is based on an extremely high quality silica sand which is the most commonly used to attain a flat wall, sponge finish, either by one coat when it is pumped on or when it is applied by skim (Hawk and Trowel) with 2 coats trowelled on. The product easily pumps through any of the render pumping machines ie: Mai Pump made in Austria, Knauf PFT Ritmo made in Germany or the Larry render pumps etc. The lines maybe left in the sun sitting for up to 30 minutes before the product starts to set.

The conventional hawk and trowel system, the product is very creamy to apply onto walls with a longer hang time when floating is required. The product is floated with the Black Diamond Floats or conventional wooden or poly floats and sponges up to a medium fine sand finish slightly larger than the sand and cement of solid plastering, using a soft hand sponge. For a grainier sand finish, a hard sponge, can be applied. Really depends on how the tradesman likes to finish his own walls though. The product retails for around $10.00 per bag.

Powr Granite: is used as the finish coat, applied over the first coat of Topcoat render, this product is a grainier Texture Finish which is finished with a plastic float. Again Powr Granite Render is just mixed up with water trowelled on in the conventional manner and then finished with the plastic float. Extremely quick and easy to finish a wall as there is no sponge finishing, the product will not go off in the bucket and covers around 8-10 sq.metres per bag and retails for $ 19.00 per bag.

Powr 2.0mm Texture Render: is used as the finish coat, applied over the first coat of Topcoat render or Skim render. Mix with water/Powr Polymer at a rate of 8:1 and apply by hand trowel. Float up the texture stones with either the red plastic float or the polystyrene float for the desired swirl or vertical texture finish. Retails for $ 17.00 per bag plus GST.

Powr Skim Render: is a very fine grain sand product, is used as the first trowel-on coat over the Blueboard or blockwork before either the Ganite Render Finish or the Topcoat render sponge finish. These product will cover around 11-14 sq.metres on blockwork and around 16-22 sq.metres on Blueboard it retails for $ 15.00 per bag.

Powr Bead Glue: This product is made for glueing the external pvc bead to brick, block, blueboard and taping in the joins on the blueboard. Sells for $ 18.00 per bag.

Z Bond: This product is used for repair in cracks of concrete before the application of Powr Spray Pave. Or the first coat of skim over pre-painted render walls etc. Retails for $ 20.00 per 15kg bag
